Die V90 war ein Modell das für viele Modellbahner schwierig zu
digitalisieren war. Oft musste dazu der Führerstandsdurchblick geopfert
werfen. Bei deiser Lösung versteckt sich der Decoder unter dem Vorbau.

Mit der neuen AMW Platine(n) ist der Umbau auch für ungeübte sehr
einfach. Simple Lötkenntnisse sind ausreichend.

Basierend auf den guten Erfahrungen mit der V100 Platine folgte die
Konstruktion für die V90. Wie die Originalplatine hat sie 2 Teile die
mit Drähten verbunden werden.

Based on the positive response to the V100 bopard I
designed the V90 variant. Similar to the original board it has 2 parts.
The geht vonnected via wires.

Die industriell gefertigten Platinen hat 2 Teile die mit Stegen
verbunden sind. Das erleichtert das Prüfen der Platine nach der
Bestückung.

The commercially manufactured boards hare mounted
together so simplyfy testing after production.

Die weißen Lichter gehen sofort durch die vorhandenen Lichtleiter.
Für die roten Lampen muß man basteln. Auf der Platine gibt es die
nötigen LED Treiber. In der Pufferbrust kann man 0603'er LEDs einsetzen
und mit Kupferlackdrähten verkabeln.
Die Platine hat weiters eine Pufferkondensatorschaltung mit 16V
Ladespannungsbegrenzung. Die SUSI Pins haben MOSFETS für Entkuppler
odglm und 2 Lötpads Lautsprecher gibts auch noch.

The white loghts work out of the box via the
existing light bars. For the red lights some additional work is
nexessary. The board offers 2 additional current sources for the red
LEDs. I plan to install 0602 LEDs an wire with thin wire.
The board offers a buffer capacitor circuit with a
16V voltage limitation. The SUSI Pins have two MOSFETs for decouplers.
Finally there are soldering pads for speaker connection as well.

Die 2 Platinen Teile werden auf dem Rahmen montiert und mit Drähten
verbunden. Bei den Motorfahnen sollte man nach Möglichkeit die Form der
Originalfahnen nachahmen. Der Motor steht senkrecht im Modell, daher muß
die Fahne zum unteren Kontakt leicht gebogen verlaufen. Die obere Fahne
liegt am besten fast flach an der Unterkannte der Platine

The 2 boards are mounted on the frame and get connected
with wires. I uses UHI Patafix to keep them in position. The motor
pickups should be bent into a S shape similar to the original version.
The motor is pretty tight. The lower pickup is hard to catch. The upper
one requires a pickup contact flat on the lower side of the board.
