| Die ideale Ergänzung zu den
Komponenten der Zimo-Mehrzugsteuerung stellt sicher das Computer-Stellpult
STP dar. Der Bildschirm von STP ist einem Drucktastenstellwerk (Bauart
SpDrS60) sowohl in der Darstellung, als auch in der Bedienung
nachgebildet.
Seine Stärken kann STP vor allem beim gemischten Betrieb mit
automatisch und manuell gesteuerten Zügen ausspielen.

The design of STP closely
follows real world dispatcher panels in terms of screen layout and
operation. The program is based on the distinction between “Signal Box”
(on the computer) and “Engine Driver” (on the cab control). Layout control
is handled in a prototype way using routes (within interlocking districtss)
and lines (between interlockings). This way manually as well as
automatically operated trains are controlled safely.

CANKey driver problem |
| Herr Sperrer benutzt für
seinen CANKey einen Chip von Future technology. Der Microsoft AutoUpdate
Service ersetzt diesen Treiber. Dann funktioniert STP nicht mehr.
Hinweise zur Problembehebung habe ich auf das
STP WEB
gestellt. |

Mr. Sperrer
uses for the CANKey a chip from Future Technology. Unforunately the
microsoft auto update service replaces this driver with another file.
This disables the CANKey. On the
STP WEB there are hints for recovering that problem. |

Version 5.11 verfügbar
Version 5.11 behebt einige Kleinigkeiten und bringt weiters einige
Erweiterungen. So bleibt der Zoomfaktor gespeichert. Ebenfalls vom
Bedeutung ist die Umstellung auf die neuen Help Dateien die auch unter
Vista genutzt werden können. Wichtigstes Mitbringsel ist aber der neue
CAN Key Treiber der Vista tauglich ist.

Version 5.11 available
Version 5.11 fixes some minor bugs. It has also some enhancements packed
in. For example the zoom factor is restored when you reopen a file. The
help system was converted to HTML which allows usage under Vista. Most
important the can key drivers are now Vista capable!
